RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at WildRosesLtd. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. if you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

- All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

- The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.

- For hygiene reasons, certain products such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for return.

2. Return process:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kieron@wildroses.com provide them with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

- our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide with a Return Mechandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

- pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with any accessories or tags included.

- Clearly write the RMA on the package.

- Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. the return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

- 3. Refund Options 

- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of you're refund.

- if approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method used  for the purchase within 7 business days.

-If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost. in such cases we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

4. Exchanges:

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. if you wish to exchange a item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) separately.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

- The following items are not eligible for return:

- Underwear, swimwear, and earrings.

- items that have been used, washed or damaged by the customer.

- Items without their original packaging or missing tags.

6.Damaged or Defective Items:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item:please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

- provide them with the necessary details and, if possible, attach photographs of the damaged or defective item(s).

- We will work with you to resolve the issues quickly as possible, ether by providing a replacement, refund, or store credit.

please note that WildRosesLtd reserves the right to the final decision on all return and refund request, following the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
